Ian is a leading authority on smart metering, data management and billing systems, including new generation prepayment technologies. Ian WAS on the ADE panel for the Heat Networks Market Framework and was on the committee for the soon-to-be-released update to CIBSE CP1.

**James Grundy - Head of Customer Services**

James Grundy is a Senior Customer Service, Transformation and Performance Executive Leader with over 20 years’ experience of setting up, consolidating, turning around and improving small to large customer service functions. James is responsible for the seamless delivery of Customer Service, Billing and Debt Recovery services across Switch2’s range of services, specifically focussing on the transition to digital channels.
