Ian is a leading authority on smart metering, data management and billing systems, including new generation prepayment technologies. Ian was a member of the ADE panel for the Heat Networks Market Framework and the committee which worked on the update to CIBSE CP1.

Cathy Olphin - Sustainability Manager (Switch2)

Cathy has a background in Natural Sciences and experience in low-carbon innovation. She has worked in both academia and property sector, focusing on ESG initiatives. Additionally she has supported local community projects, demonstrating a strong dedication to both environmental and social impact.
