Posted by Becca Stenson

Elliot CochraneInspiration comes in many forms at Switch2, but nothing is quite as compelling as seeing a team member achieve a significant milestone.

Elliot, our Learning and Development Manager recently completed his Level 7 qualification, a journey of both professional and personal transformation. We sat down with Elliot to discuss this remarkable achievement, gaining insights into their motivation, the hurdles, and the ultimate rewards of their educational pursuit.

Can you tell us about your journey at Switch2 and what led you to pursue a Level 7 qualification in Learning & Development?

Prior to working at Switch2 I was looking to pursue a CIPD qualification with a previous employer, but this was something that wasn’t made available. During my interview I expressed my interest to progress within my career in L&D and my aspirations to complete my CIPD.

Since starting my career at Switch2 I have been given the opportunity to complete the following qualifications as part of my professional development:

  • CIPD - Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development Level 7
  • CIPD - Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development Level 5
  • ILM - Award in Leadership and Management Level 5
